Cute cabin and more, on 80 Acres of Mature Timber land, Doug fir, Cedar, Besides the Cute cabin (Chalet) as the owner calls it, with solar lighting and generator powered outlets. The Chalet has many windows, finished floors and walls and fully plumbed with a small kitchen area, bathroom with large walk-in shower, toilet and sink plus a large unfinished deck. The heat is supplied by a Jotul propane stove and an on demand water heater. There is other larger cabin that was built 10-15 years ago and was never completed. There is also a small insulated storage shed with a drywall finished interior, plus a Large Cargo container. The year round creek supplies water to the Chalet and there are many holding tanks throughout the property as large as 1500 gallons, there are also undeveloped springs. The property has a gentle slope with cleared meadows, some with River and Valley views. Seclusion and nature abound with many Older trees and a few flat meadows, some have great views of the Klamath river and valley, the property is aprox 2000 ft elevation, it does get the occasional snow and is about 10* cooler in the summer than Willow creek and surrounding areas.This property is very secluded and far off grid. Although it does have older established families and wonderful neighbors, the closest being about 1/2 mile away. Road access to and throughout property, accessible via 20-30 minutes driving on a rough graded roads from main highway with Locked gates, this is shared and maintained by the year round neighbors. There is also Internet possible through the local Yurok Connect that supplies rural customers in that area. Chalet is 20x16 it. has one large room with separate bathroom, plus an unused loft. The other unfinished cabin is about 1200 +/- sq ft with large lofts. and only one interior dividing wall, it has wiring but no plumbing, no drywall.
